In 1993, Dr. Battle established Project Real Life Youth Occupational Training Corps, Inc., a community based, 501(c) 3 organization, which provides job training and placement, counseling, mentoring, educational and home ownership programs. He has received recognition from leaders in the community and is often invited to speak at various commuity events.
